trUVis Spectrophotometer

The trUVis is a double beam UV-Vis spectrophotometer, which offers a full range of features and functions that excel in various application areas. Reliable and precise measurements are enabled by a double beam configuration that ensures absorption and transmission measurements are properly referenced and accurate. A broad working wavelength range, from 190 to 1100 nm, coupled with a fixed 1nm bandwidth covers many spectroscopy needs.

The easy-to-use interface enables you to quickly access routine measurements such as:

• Full-spectrum scanning or as many as 10 predetermined wavelength
• Standard curve measurement with a variety of fitting options
• Kinetics characterization (absorbance vs. time)
• DNA or RNA purity

The trUVis spectrophotometer operates in stand-alone mode or with a PC. Powerful analytical software tools are included. Features include:

• Tungsten and deuterium lamps provide at least 1000 hours of maintenance-free operation
• Variable scanning up to 3000 nm/min enables quick sample processing.
• Sturdy housing ensures stability and performance
